What is an LED?
Light Emitting Diodes (LEDs) are semiconductor chips enclosed in small lenses. The semiconductor chips convert electrical energy directly into light. And the lenses concentrate and direct the light. Unlike conventional lighting technologies, LEDs do not have "bulbs", which means LEDs last much longer and use much less power than incandescent lights. ColorGlo uses LEDs to disperse colored light throughout a spa.

How long will the LEDs in a ColorGlo light last?
The LEDs have a rated life of 100,000 hours. This means you can enjoy over 11 years of continuous ColorGlo usage in your spa.

How does the ColorGlo light change colors?
ColorGlo uses a microprocessor to mix the light created by its combination of red, green and blue LEDs. This color mixing creates multiple lighting modes for you to enjoy in your spa.

Can I install a ColorGlo light myself?
Replacing your existing spa light with ColorGlo is as easy as changing a light bulb! See the ColorGlo Installation User Guide for details on the simple, 5-step installation process.

In which manufacturers' spas can the ColorGlo lights be used?
ColorGlo portable spa lights can be used in most 12V AC, wedge-based lighting sockets. ColorGlo is not for use in spas with dimming systems.
